OUR HERITAGE
Not volume. Not standardized products. Thoughtful structuring.
OUR APPROACH
Since 1995, Westwood Capital has operated with a clear focus: delivering tailored, value-driven solutions to complex capital markets transactions. We believe investment banking is not about volume or standardized products, but about thoughtful structuring aligned with each client’s unique objectives.
Westwood’s bankers have worked together for decades in the creation and popularization of many forms of financing that are today widely accepted in the financial markets but were originally custom-designed solutions for individual clients. This depth of experience allows us to approach each transaction with both creativity and discipline.
