Anne Gregg has over fifteen years of investment banking, capital markets and business development experience. Prior to joining Westwood Capital, Anne was a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and debt/equity capital raising, for both Fortune 500 and middle market clients. During her tenure at BAML and its predecessor entity, Anne was involved in over $6 billion of public and private transactions for insurance, asset management and financial technology companies.
Prior to this, Anne was the U.S. financial executive for Motion Media Technology, Ltd. where, as a CPA, she managed the treasury and accounting activities for a key subsidiary of a global technology manufacturer and supervised the integration of a cross border acquisition. Prior to this, Anne was a financial advisor with Paine Webber and subsequently Salomon Smith Barney. From 1994 to 2000 Anne was a co-owner and operator of a restaurant franchise group, as well as a private investor in and consultant to various early stage companies.
Anne holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, a BA in Political Science from Hollins University, and is a Level III CFA candidate.
